Yoga For Your Health

YOGA means ‘Union’, union with the Divine or with the higher states of consciousness. Meditation is the means to that union. Yoga happens in the meditation process. Wherever we are and whatever we do, we have the capacity to develop the meditative state and access the state of consciousness which gives us lightness and happiness. Meditation practice supports our health, oftentimes can even help to treat mysterious illnesses, gives energy and enables gracefully solving the life challenges. In short, it is one of the effective methods to achieve and sustain happiness. Admittedly, not the only one, as it works especially well in combination with other techniques which inspired the birth of Alternative Education Courses.

YOGIC BREATH AND KUNDALINI

I have been working in academia since 2011, combining it with regular meditation practice. There are over 4000 different meditations and kriyas in Kundalini Yoga, of which I practiced about 8% and keep learning. All the practices that I offer in the courses are the ones that have proven to work best.

What effects to expect?

  • Reduced stress level
  • Treated brain fatigue
  • Boosted level of energy and self-esteem
  • Stimulated creative thinking
  • Connecting with your True-Self

… among other positive effects. Needless to say, the regular practice makes it.
Anyone can take part in these classes. If you have chronic illnesses or special conditions, eg pregnancy, I will take care of that and offer alternative exercises or ways of breathing. Safety always comes first.
You are welcome to give it a try and join free meditation classes before entering a paid course.

ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION COURSES

The aim of alternative education courses is to transmit applied esoteric knowledge and Eastern insights adapted to the Western realities. These teachings have usually no place in a conventional education system yet for many people they are the ‘life education’. They contain life wisdom, bioenergy techniques, science-based and/or experiential theory.

Alternative education courses are offered in the video format.

Meditation and Manifestation

Meditation is one of the most powerful techniques of inner transformation. It helps reduce stress, deal with anxiety and depression, even reach heightened states of bliss. However, little is known about the potential of the so called ‘projective meditative mind’ in which we can transform the reality around us, create circumstances and events favourable to fulfilling our earthly wishes.

This course offers to combine meditative practice with a specific goal setting methodology. At the first stage, we work with the subconscious and the feeling states through meditation. At the second stage, we utilise the generated energy and the cleared inner space to literally programme what we need or want. The course is suitable for beginners and advanced meditation practitioners alike – busy professionals, students, and avid meditators who are interested in goal achievement.
